In celebration of 10 years of RTJ, we’ve run it back with our long-time friends at Interboro Spirits & Ales in Brooklyn, NY to bring you this DDH IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and a double dose of Mosaic hop in the dry hop.
Aromas of pineapple, melon, and bubblegum step into the spotlight. This beer finishes sips smooth and finishes crisp.
Shout out to Jesse Ferguson, co-owner and head brewer at Interboro, who was the GM of El-P’s Def Jux label.
